Balloon Hero - FAQ
WARRANTY:
We warrant the Balloon Hero (or Balloon Hero Sidekick) to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair--or replace at our option--any damaged component to restore the product to full working order. Warranty does not apply in cases in which products have been abused or intentionally damaged. Purchaser assumes responsibility for wear and tear, normal reduction in battery potency and other conditions that occur from normal use.
Balloon Hero is the next generation of cordless, walk-around pumps designed and built by Ed Rohr. However, with its improved overall design, superior motor and more powerful, longer-working 24-volt battery, the 12-Volt Kick gives you performance of the Balloon Buoy but with a better, more-compact motor. With either, you can count on the same level of quality and service as you may be familiar with the older balloon pumps that entertainers came to love.
